Douglas County Defenders Cheer and Dance is a youth program dedicated to building confidence, teamwork, and athletic skills in a positive high energy environment. As part of the Douglas County Defenders family, our cheer and dance teams support football athletes while also developing their own performance, strength, and leadership abilities.

More than just a sport, Defenders Cheer and Dance is about empowering youth to shine, lead, and support one another in pride.
